The Data Protection Act 2018 was enacted and fully enforced on the 28th May 2018. The OCVO therefore has a legal duty to respect and protect any personal information collected from voluntary organisations and the public in general. The OCVO will abide by such duty and takes the necessary measures to prevent unauthorised access and sensitive data collected from the visitor.

The OCVO is responsible to reply to the feedback received. In the feedback form, the name, surname and address are strictly required. These will be kept for office use only. Failure to enter the above, the form will not be allowed to be sent.
